i.Disk 1.93 i.Disk 1.93 Ever wanted to know where all the used space on your hard disk was hiding? i.Disk scans directory trees and displays the total space used by each directory in an easy to use form. You can drill down into the directorys to understand the layout of space. And when you want to clean up your disk there are same handy tools there to help. The directory called '.' is the space used by files in the base directory you are scanning from. Usage: Browse to a directory -or- click on one of the disks listed on the left to start scanning. Once the scan is complete the red cancel button will grey out. The entry marked "." relates to the files in the directory your scanning from and not any of the subdirectories. If you attempt to delete this then you'll be deleting the directory you scanning from and all files and folders contained within. This is probably not what you intended. Especially if you scanning a whole disk (i.e. C:\) Then you can open any sub-directories by clicking the '+' next to the name. Each entry in the list has a right click menu to: Touch... This sets the modified time on a set of files in the subdirectory and all it's children to the current time. You can specify multiple extensions by separating with space character, e.g.: *.gif *.png *.html Delete Files... This deletes some or all of the files in the subdirectory and all it's children. The directories are left intact. You can specify multiple extensions by separating with space character. Delete Directory... This deletes all of the files and directories in the subdirectory then removes the subdirectory as ... |

REX v2.4.0 REX v2.4.0 "REX offers a streamlined take on chess with fewer pieces and fewer tiles, but with plenty of space for scheming and strategising against the computer or a fellow human." -PC Gamer REX is a digital board game. The rules are simple, it's very easy to learn, and each game takes 5-10 minutes. Players take turns capturing their opponent's pieces from the board, and whoever clears the board first wins! You can play against a friend or against the computer. When two people are playing, they take turns using the same mouse (or touch screen). Pressing "I" on your keyboard during play will show the Instructions. Clicking on the (?) icon on the bottom right of the screen will show all of the available keyboard commands. If the game is running slow on your computer, press the "Q" key on your keyboard to lower the graphics quality settings. The minimum supported resolution is 800x600. Roll Credits 0.3 Roll Credits 0.3 Roll Credits takes a still image and makes a scrolling credits AVI out of it, by starting with all black and then scrolling the image from the bottom up at the specified rate, until the bottom of the image has scrolled past the top of the screen and then it stops. Most movie editors make this way harder than it has to be, so I wrote this utility to do the credits for a production I was involved in. I exported the AVI to DVD and played it on the big screen. The image is centered on the screen, the background is preset to black at the moment. PAL and NTSC are the only supported output formats at the moment. Changes: 0.3 Rewrote the front end after losing the code and binaries *sigh*. Added option for custom frame size and rate. Added a progress bar. |

Sim Daltonism lets you visualize colors as they are perceived with various types of color blindness. Move the Sim Daltonism window over something on the screen and see what it looks like with a color blindness. With this app you can check the accessibility of websites and other user interfaces, make your visual designs better for color blind people, or just play around to better understand how various color blindness types affect color perception. The Filter Window The Sim Daltonism window acts as a filter for what is under it. You can click inside and manipulate windows from other apps that are located under it. But you can change this so the filter window follows the mouse pointer, displaying the area around it. This makes it possible to view the filtered image alonside the unfiltered one. Performance Sim Daltonism is fast enough to filter a video in real time or to have many filter windows active simultanously. If needed, you can reduce or increase the refresh speed to save energy or improve responsiveness.
